MovoGO: building a marketplace for equipment rental.

A two-sided model in one of Europe's least digitised industries. I'm running this playbook right now.

Situation

A €30-35B market run on phone calls.

Equipment rental in Europe is a fragmented €30-35B market run on phone calls, spreadsheets and old software. I co-founded MovoGO in 2025 to change that.

What I did

Go-to-market for a two-sided model.

Built the go-to-market for a two-sided model: a SaaS operating system for rental companies plus an instant-booking marketplace for contractors.

Chose a closed-platform model early to avoid a pricing-transparency trap for rental companies. Moved pricing to a value-based, tiered model scaled by assets and locations. Launched a broker product line and a partnership with KompletLej.

Results so far

Live and growing.

Live with several Danish rental companies, and a broker partnership with KompletLej.

Why it matters

You get an operator, not a slide deck.

I'm running the same playbook right now: pricing, supply density, sales to traditional industries. You get an operator, not a slide deck.
