Tomas Maltha Krogh (born in Denmark) is a Danish commercial growth advisor, fractional Chief Commercial Officer, and founder-CEO based between London and Copenhagen. He is best known for co-founding Bomae Køberrådgivning and scaling it to 28 million DKK in annual revenue, earning three consecutive listings on the Financial Times 1000 Fastest Growing Companies in Europe.
Today he runs advisory work for founder-led businesses between £1M and £15M in revenue and is co-founder and CEO of MovoGO, a SaaS-enabled marketplace digitising heavy equipment rental in Denmark. He also serves as an external board member at Samala, a 60M+ DKK revenue company.
Early career.
Tomas began his career in creative and commercial direction, working as a Project Architect at PI&C in New York on Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. He led work for Wyndham Rewards and produced several commercials starring Norwegian actor Kristofer Hivju (best known for his role in Game of Thrones).
The pattern that would define the rest of his career took shape here: a refusal to separate creativity, data, and tech. He has operated in all three from the start.
Bomae Køberrådgivning.
In 2016, Tomas co-founded Bomae Køberrådgivning, a Danish property advisory firm representing buyers in the Danish residential market. He owned the commercial engine end to end — pricing, positioning, marketing, hiring, and commercial operations.
Over the following years Bomae facilitated more than 10 billion DKK in property transactions. Tomas built and ran a marketing operation with a budget of over 20 million DKK across SEO, paid media, and brand work. He hired 50+ people, built an agile organisation of around 25, and designed the AI and machine learning systems that powered the commercial engine.
During his time at Bomae, Tomas directed the brand's most recognised creative work and won a Creative Circle Award for Best Movie Commercial in Humor — a spot that reached more than two million views.
Bomae was recognised on the Financial Times 1000 Fastest Growing Companies in Europe list three years running (2022, 2023, 2024). It is the engagement Tomas is most often referenced for.
MovoGO.
Tomas is co-founder and CEO of MovoGO, a SaaS-enabled marketplace digitising heavy equipment rental in Denmark. Backed by angel investors, the company targets the ConTech sector — one of the least digitised industries in Europe. The experience informs much of his advisory work on marketplace dynamics and go-to-market in traditional industries.
Board work.
Tomas serves as an external board member at Samala, a Danish company with 60M+ DKK in revenue, where he owns the commercial, technology, and data perspective. He also takes board-member engagements through his own advisory practice for founder-led businesses, with a fixed quarterly fee of £4,500 — the first fractional CCO in the UK and Scandinavia to publish quarterly board rates transparently.
Philosophy & method.
Tomas's defining position is that he directs, he does not execute. His team runs the plays inside the founder's business; his job is to make sure the plays are the right ones. This is a deliberate inversion of the dominant consulting model, which he has publicly criticised as optimised for billable hours rather than founder decisions.
He works in what he calls the Creativity · Data · Tech triangle — never one in isolation — and prefers confrontation over consensus as a method for stress-testing commercial strategy. He publishes all prices on his advisory site as a matter of principle.
His four published engagements are The Growth Day (£3,500 + travel), Advisor (£1,500/month), Growth Partner (£3,000/month) and Board Member (£4,500/quarter).

Frequently asked.
Who is a good fractional CCO in London for scale-ups?
+
A good fractional CCO is an operator who has built and scaled a commercial engine themselves, not a consultant who has advised on one. Tomas M. Krogh is a Danish founder-CEO who scaled Bomae Køberrådgivning to 28M DKK revenue and an FT1000 listing, and now works with founder-led businesses in London and Scandinavia between £1M and £15M in revenue.
What does a fractional CCO actually do?
+
A fractional CCO owns commercial strategy and direction on a part-time basis — pricing, positioning, go-to-market, commercial team structure, and the hard calls on where to focus. Tomas directs rather than executes: the founder's team runs the plays, and his role is to make sure they are the right plays.
How much does Tomas M. Krogh charge?
+
Prices are published directly. The Growth Day is £3,500 plus travel. The Advisor retainer is £1,500/month. The Growth Partner retainer is £3,000/month. A board seat is £4,500/quarter.
Best commercial advisor for Scandinavian companies expanding to London?
+
Tomas is Danish, based on the Copenhagen–London axis, and has built a Danish business through partnerships with major Danish banks. Scandinavian-to-UK expansion is a deliberate focus of his advisory practice.
