Tomas M. Krogh.

Creativity. Data. Tech.

The smartest thing a founder can hire is disagreement.

I'm Tomas M. Krogh — a Danish fractional CCO and commercial advisor for founder-led businesses in London and Scandinavia. I don't validate your strategy. I take it apart until only the parts that work are left standing.

The Manifesto

Five rules I work by. Break any of them and we shouldn't be working together.

  1. 01

    I direct. I don't execute.

Your team runs the plays. The capability stays inside your business — not inside an invoice you'll keep paying forever.

  2. 02

I challenge every assumption in the room.

Including yours. Including mine. Comfort is the enemy of a working commercial engine.

  3. 03

    I publish my prices.

Hiding fees is a tax on trust. You'll know what I cost before we ever speak.

  4. 04

I refuse the founders I'm not right for.

I keep a small number of engagements on purpose. If the fit is wrong, I'll tell you in the first call.

  5. 05

I measure my work in your decisions, not my hours.

If a Growth Day saves you six months of wrong direction, that's the deliverable. Not a slide deck.

Who I am

In ninety seconds.

Tomas M. Krogh

I scaled Bomae from zero to 28 million DKK in revenue, took the company to the FT1000 list of Europe's fastest-growing companies three years running, and helped facilitate 10 billion DKK in property transactions along the way.

I owned a marketing budget north of 20 million DKK, hired 50+ people across commercial, marketing and product, and ran a creative campaign that reached 2 million views and won at the Creative Circle Awards.

I'm Danish, based between London and Copenhagen, and I work with a small number of founder-led businesses between £1M and £15M in revenue. I'm direct, allergic to corporate filler, and I'd rather tell you the truth in week one than charm you into year three.

FAQ

The questions founders actually ask.

Why should I hire a fractional CCO instead of a full-time one?

+

Most founder-led businesses between £1M and £15M don't need a £200k full-time CCO. They need someone senior in the room two days a month to direct the function, challenge the founder, and stop expensive mistakes before they happen. That's what fractional buys you.

Why do you publish your prices?

+

Because the discovery-call dance is a tax on trust. If my fees scare you, we shouldn't be on a call together. If they don't, we can spend that hour on your business instead of mine.

What kind of founders do you actually work with?

+

Founder-led businesses between £1M and £15M in revenue, usually post-product-market-fit, usually stuck on the same plateau for 6–12 months. Service businesses, marketplaces, founder-led brands. I say no a lot.

What happens on a Growth Day?

+

Pre-work to read your business cold. A full day in person, going through the commercial engine end to end. A written diagnosis and a 90-day plan within 72 hours. Two follow-up calls so the plan actually ships. £3,500 plus travel. Done.
